Job Summary

Provide advanced cross-technology managed services for clients by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents. Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational, using monitoring and ITIL-driven processes. Manage high-complexity tickets, log and escalate issues, and drive operational improvements through optimization and automation. Mentor L2 team members, create knowledge articles, and coordinate with vendors while supporting disaster recovery and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents to maintain client infrastructure in an operational state.
•Handle high-complexity tickets by conducting checks, applying monitoring, and responding to alerts.
•Log, analyse, assign, and escalate support calls with correct detail to meet SLA requirements.
•Drive operational improvements through optimization, automation, and input to automation teams.
•Mentor junior team members and create knowledge articles; coach L2 teams and support disaster recovery and project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent qualification/work experience).
•3-5 years of experience in a similar role and relevant Microsoft certifications.
