Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop backend microservices for partner-facing features such as fraud reporting, case management, RFI handling, audit logging, and transaction visibility.
  • •Build and maintain permissions and role-based access control for the Partner Portal.
  • •Implement and integrate SSO for enterprise partners using SAML 2.0, including identity mapping between partner systems and Wise.
  • •Design partner-facing communication layer services and extend workflows for new case types.
  • •Provide technical discovery and production support: map systems/APIs/dependencies, create design documents, and debug live partner issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing, building, and deploying backend microservices in Java and Spring Boot.
  • •Familiarity with domain-driven design and event-driven architecture, including microservices patterns and domain boundaries.
  • •Commercial experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, including OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2, and versioning strategies.
  • •Ability to design and maintain relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including query performance, indexing, and data modelling.
  • •Strong ability to map complex technical landscapes (systems, dependencies, constraints) and produce clear documentation; deliver reliably with minimal check-ins.
