Key Responsibilities

•Lead an organization of Buyers and Materials Program Managers supporting Etch/SRP WW Operations in Singapore.
•Build the organization by defining structure and resource mix, hiring/training/developing Buyer/MPM/first-level manager talent, and deploying resources to meet operational needs.
•Ensure on-time delivery of all materials to the Singapore factory on spend of >$500M/year while supporting global supply chain objectives (MCOS, lead-time, resiliency, and advanced purchasing).
•Globally lead Etch/SRP supply chain engagement across one or more commodity segments.
•Drive POR alignment of the Producer GT and Sym3 Centris & SRP platforms to Singapore manufacturing, including supplier resourcing, sourcing selection, supplier qualification, and share allocation; lead resourcing projects to increase spend with India-based suppliers to >$135M by 2029.

Travel: Low travel

•Leadership experience in supply chain and/or sourcing (10–15 years), preferably in leadership positions.
•Provide leadership and direction through managers and professional staff for a region or related job families.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and build teams of Buyers and Materials Program Managers, including hiring, training, and developing talent.
•Drive on-time delivery of materials to the Singapore factory on spend of $500M+/year while supporting global supply chain objectives.
•Experience leading global supply chain engagement in one or more commodity segments and driving supplier sourcing/qualification and share allocation.
