Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Seasonal Sales Associate during Crocs’ busiest times. Use the C.H.A.R.M service model to support customers and help drive promotions and in-store goals. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product and collaboration updates, while following Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance policies.
