Technical Specialist-Testing Services (INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI, IN)

Serve as a Salesforce Functional Tester/QA responsible for requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, and documenting defects. Work across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud areas, including dealer, service, and order management processes, with domain exposure to automotive or manufacturing. Design, execute, and analyze automation test scripts and test data, build or script new testing/validation tools as needed, and coordinate issue tracking and escalation in JIRA.
