Citizens Teller

Greet customers in the lobby, assist with simple transactions using mobile apps or ATMs, and provide personalized advice to help customers meet their financial goals. Educate customers on Citizens products, respond to questions, and connect them with Bankers for next steps, while following all financial policies, proper cash handling, and local regulations. Work as part of the branch team to deliver exceptional service and drive customer outcomes.
