Key Responsibilities

•Assess and route communications requests, recommending strategies, facilitating with requestors, and driving actions to completion.
•Develop and distribute clear, concise, plain-language communications for internal and external stakeholders.
•Produce executive-level content including slide decks, emails, newsletters, video scripts, talking points, and key messages.
•Create digital content across channels (newsletters, weekly emails, videos, infographics, presentations, SharePoint pages, and Microsoft Teams posts) and maintain SharePoint sites.
•Design and analyze communications surveys and coordinate executive engagements (Town Halls, Executive Briefings, Monthly Syncs) while ensuring branding compliance and Section 508 accessibility.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 5–7 years of related experience, or an additional 8–10 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
•Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment within government, consulting, or a large organization.
•Ability to develop communication plans supporting organizational priorities, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
•Experience translating complex or technical information into accessible, plain-language messaging.
•Proven ability to create digital content (e.g., graphics, videos, SharePoint pages) and support leadership/executives with communications materials.
