Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the client’s key contact point for HSBC trade services, identifying and addressing customer needs from existing and new customers.
  • •Coach and support the Client Service team and Trade Services team across all trade services.
  • •Conduct training and knowledge sharing to customers, and support business development to increase trade volume and utilization.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and product partners to facilitate client trade transactions and support HSBCnet onboarding with the Implementation Team.
  • •Ensure customer complaints are escalated to internal teams or appropriate regulatory/HSBC group parties in line with policies, upholding HSBC brand values.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably Business Management, Finance, or International Trade).
  • •Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in trade operations or a client service role in the trade department.
  • •Strong knowledge of documentary credits and related rules/regulations (DC Amendment, UCP, URC, URR, ISBP, and applicable Bank of Thailand regulation).
  • •Good analytical thinking and attention to detail to guide trade transactions and resolve issues.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication/interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
