Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and architect scalable implementations, while providing technical leadership and mentoring. Customize and configure ServiceNow using best practices, integrate external systems via REST/SOAP and MID Servers, and run code reviews and performance tuning. Support pre-sales solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Required certifications (CSA plus CIS-(any) and CAD, level dependent).
