Consultant Project Manager - Construction

Lead end-to-end project management commissions for Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate team in Sheffield, acting as the day-to-day client interface. Advise strategically from conception through delivery, set success criteria, manage quality, safety, health, and environment, establish governance and planning, and oversee change control and project finances. Facilitate cross-functional teams, track performance using KPIs, and deliver progress reporting and communications with clients and consultants.
