Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end AI and generative AI solution architectures, including data flows, integrations, governance, security, and deployment approach.
  • •Partner with healthcare system stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, assess feasibility, and define implementation roadmaps.
  • •Lead solutioning for provider domains such as EHR workflows, clinical documentation, patient access, scheduling, revenue cycle, coding, billing, denials management, and population health.
  • •Guide teams applying LLMs and advanced AI patterns (RAG, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision) for clinical and operational decision support.
  • •Define responsible AI controls (monitoring, explainability, safety review, human-in-the-loop validation, bias assessment, auditability, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance) and support pre-sales with demos and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years designing and developing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • •4+ years supporting healthcare providers or healthcare technology consulting/systems integration.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI, machine learning, generative AI, analytics, or automation solutions for healthcare.
  • •Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations and clinical workflows, including EHR, clinical documentation, care delivery, revenue cycle, quality reporting, and patient engagement.
