Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities as directed, including memberships and community financial literacy events.
•Partner with assigned business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for referrals and provide guidance to CSRs on the sales and referral process.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Obtain/maintain S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
