Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, and define scope.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations/delays/risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Run regular status meetings and deliver updates, reports, dashboards, and presentations on schedules, resources, and performance.
  • •Collaborate with procurement/logistics/supply chain for timely materials and resources, and support HSE initiatives and compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience in project planning/scheduling.
  • •Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and planning principles, including research and data collection practices.
  • •Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools, specifically Advance Primavera 6 / Primavera Project Planner.
  • •Familiarity with local and international construction standards, plus ERP knowledge (SAP functional skills preferred/required).
  • •MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) professional degree, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
