Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead construction end-to-end from permitting through completion across a growing multi-site portfolio.
  • •Track permits, coordinate bid and contractor selection (including GC contract negotiations), and manage vendors and internal procurement.
  • •Regularly review and update progress, schedules, cost reports, and completion forecasts for real-time leadership visibility.
  • •Partner with internal Development and Engineering teams to finalize design and identify constructability issues before submission to the AHJ.
  • •Communicate with corporate leadership on schedules, policies/procedures, permits, safety, sustainability, quality control, and budget performance; help drive process standardization and negotiate vendor contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or capital projects/program management.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Experience managing multiple, large, simultaneous construction projects across sites.
  • •Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management methodologies (PMI or similar).
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder status reporting, translating technical details into decision-ready updates.
