Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Residential investment planning by partnering with functional leaders to align investment portfolios with BU expense and CapEx targets and drive cross-functional collaboration during LRP & AOP cycles.
  • •Lead month-end investment reporting and analysis by preparing MOR and QBR materials, maintaining investment tracking files, and reconciling reported spend to the general ledger and balance sheet.
  • •Coordinate business unit month-end processes with the FP&A Leader, including preparing WD3 presentation content, Risks & Opportunities, and Weekly Pulses for Engineering and Digital functions.
  • •Forecast and report Digital Revenue for the Residential Business Unit.
  • •Develop analytics-enabled approaches to streamline and automate recurring processes and support the evaluation and review of major capital investments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.
  • •Master’s degree preferred and/or CPA, CMA.
  • •Minimum 5+ years experience in finance, accounting or related field with strong financial analysis skills.
  • •Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including explaining forecast rationale and financial results.
