Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage purchasing and supply activities across Capex, MRO, and Business Services categories supporting approximately USD 10M annual third-party spend.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders, corporate teams, and suppliers to align specifications, expectations, and execution with business objectives.
  • •Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and working capital improvement while maintaining product and service quality standards.
  • •Initiate vendor contact to confirm supply/equipment availability, issue purchase orders, and follow up on invoices.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and define/enforce proactive procurement processes and policies, including contract review and special projects support.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical and negotiation skills to build TCO-based business justifications and make decisions in complex situations.
