Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise and commercial accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and high on-time renewal rates.
  • •Retain and grow subscription revenue by identifying renewal risks, resolving commercial blockers, and positioning packaging, pricing, and expansion opportunities.
  • •Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build renewal plans 90–180 days ahead of expiration and manage quotes, proposals, order forms, and contract terms.
  • •Analyze renewals up to eight quarters in advance to identify revenue trends, churn risks, timing considerations, and expansion opportunities for proactive account planning.
  • •Maintain accurate Salesforce records (forecasts, pipeline updates, next steps, risk status) and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless renewal outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, revenue operations, or commercial account ownership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • •2+ years managing enterprise or strategic customer renewals, preferably in automation, cloud, AI, data, infrastructure, or workflow software.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS renewal motions including ARR, GRR/NRR, churn risk, expansion pipeline, procurement cycles, and contract negotiation.
  • •Proven ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio with strong attention to detail.
  • •Comfort negotiating with procurement, legal, sourcing, and business stakeholders, and experience with Salesforce (tools like CPQ, Clari, Gainsight preferred).
