Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional partners to deliver materials supporting treasury management solutions and commercial card product rollouts.
  • •Develop and maintain technical product knowledge to support internal partners, the product enhancement roadmap, and process improvements/automation opportunities.
  • •Perform strategic research and analyze market data on product performance, including competitive analysis and market-driven risk mitigation.
  • •Support product lifecycle activities from business case and requirement gathering through design, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement delivery.
  • •Provide regular and ad hoc management reports and support regulator and audit responses through research and cross-functional planning.
