Client Service Representative (Investor Service)

Provide telephone support to mutual fund shareholders, prospective shareholders, and the public by resolving inquiries about trades, distributions, tax forms, purchases, redemptions, and account details. Use open-ended questions to identify root causes, research and resolve concerns, educate callers on funds and products, process transactions, and update SOLAR, the internal fund information database. Also place outbound calls for lead-generation clients and work toward passing the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) test within six months.
