Serve as a trusted advisor by engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand financial goals and recommend personalized banking solutions. Drive growth through proactive sales of deposit accounts, loans, lines of credit, and referrals across mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues, support teller line operations as needed, and maintain compliance with bank regulations and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, including deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit.
•Identify client deposit and borrowing needs, guide clients through options, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
•Provide personalized financial advice aligned to clients’ short- and long-term goals and deepen relationships through referrals to bank partners.
•Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects and proactively promote products and services to support the banking center’s sales goals.
•Support teller-line operations as needed, maintain excellent client experiences, and assist with operational tasks including training, vault/audit controls, and compliance updates.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.

•Must be able to comply with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
