Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support process safety programs, including OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM), EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP), Combustible Dust, and Dry Thermal compliance initiatives.
  • •Coordinate and facilitate PHAs, DHAs, DTRs, PSSRs, and Management of Change (MOC) to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • •Chair the North America Process Safety Committee and drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and leadership reporting.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain EHS/process safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • •Lead incident investigations, audits, compliance reviews, and insurance inspections; ensure timely corrective actions and provide technical guidance for capital projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, Risk Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS), process safety, or engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance with environmental and process safety regulations.
  • •Experience conducting environmental and Process Safety Management (PSM) audits, managing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
