join a hybrid Noida-based role supporting service delivery for CRE, handling incidents and service requests within SLA, across cloud, mobile, and network domains. You’ll work with AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Splunk and Datadog in a multinational setup, ensuring timely incident resolution, collaboration with international customers, and strong communication to maintain 24/7 service readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage incidents/service requests within SLA and take actions to address deviations.
•Ensure incidents are acknowledged, investigated and resolved per contract; monitor MTTA/MTTR metrics.
•Support customers across a heterogeneous ecosystem including cloud, mobile, monitoring tools, and networking.
•Collaborate with international customers and provide clear communication on status and actions.
•Contribute to service delivery improvements and technical solutions in AWS, GCP, Linux, and security domains.

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science.
•5+ years of experience in operation or support.
•Experience working on a shift to provide 24/7 service.
•Knowledge of ITIL and service delivery best practices; ITIL certification is a plus.
•Experience with AWS/GCP cloud, monitoring tools, networking, Linux and mobile applications; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
