Key Responsibilities

  • •Share site accountability for customer property lifecycle operations, maintaining oversight of mandated outcomes and property management system elements to mitigate compliance risk.
  • •Analyze current processes, implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support long-term operational success.
  • •Manage and execute compliance audits (internal and external), ensuring alignment with property management regulations and completing corrective actions as needed.
  • •Maintain the asset management system for traceability and accurate transaction history, including receiving, identifying/tagging, and originating asset records.
  • •Report property transactions through PIEE (e.g., Shipment, Receipt, Transfer, Consumption, LTDD, Excess Property) and coordinate property reviews and physical inventories at subcontractors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience managing customer property.
  • •Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245, with ability to apply and maintain compliance systems.
  • •Experience supporting and conducting compliance audits, including internal assessments and external reviews (e.g., DCMA and DCAA).
  • •Familiarity with property management systems and tools, including the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
