Job Summary

Design, validate, and evolve the next generation of Employee Experience solutions and service capabilities for Aon clients. Partner with Business Excellence, product, commercial, operations, and other internal teams to turn market trends, client needs, and ideas into differentiated, scalable proposals. Lead innovation workshops, run pilots and proofs of concept, evaluate results with qualitative and quantitative data, and contribute to the Employee Experience roadmap and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate Aon’s Employee Experience strategy into a portfolio of new concepts, services, and innovative capabilities.
•Identify innovation opportunities from client feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and internal insights.
•Develop value propositions, use cases, and business cases for new solutions with clear commercial impact.
•Lead ideation sessions, innovation workshops, and structured design processes with client, product, and operations teams.
•Design and oversee pilots/proofs of concept, define success criteria and governance, and evaluate results to scale or discontinue initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Employee Experience, HR consulting, HR technology, compensation, engagement, or related fields.
•Proven ability to design, launch, or evolve new services, products, or capabilities in B2B or consulting environments.
•Experience leading pilots or proofs of concept, including designing, executing, measuring, analyzing results, and iterating.
•Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving, with the ability to build data-based business cases.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and communicating complex concepts clearly.
