Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize the gas turbine systems for life, weight, manufacturability and cost.
  • •Carry out thermo-mechanical simulations at design, off-design and far off-design conditions to ensure safety and operability.
  • •Carry out creep, fatigue and fracture assessments.
  • •Carry out vibration and rotodynamic analysis.
  • •Carry out Stress Assessment, Low Cycle Fatigue and High Cycle Fatigue Assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering degree or a related field.
  • •Strong background in gas turbine propulsion, mechanical design, integrity and heat transfer.
  • •Solid background in Mechanics of Materials.
  • •Experience in whole engine structural analysis, clearance assessments is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English.
