Patient Concierge Officer

Provide a welcoming, client-focused front-of-house experience at Cromwell Hospital. Manage patient and visitor flow, use scheduling software to coordinate pathways, log arrivals, direct to departments, and orient Daycase/Inpatients, while liaising with interpreters and housekeeping to maintain safety and service standards.
