Job Summary

Execute and manage U.S. export compliance operations, ensuring EAR-aligned screening, licensing, documentation, and accurate license mapping within ERP systems. Serve as an SAP GTS subject matter expert, maintaining compliance policies, monitoring transaction accuracy, and resolving compliance blocks with IT. Partner across IT, analytics/data science, and trade stakeholders to deliver dashboards and compliance KPIs, support audits, and drive automation and continuous improvement of trade compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day U.S. export compliance operations, including screening, licensing, and documentation prior to shipment.
•Analyze export classifications, destination controls, end-use and end-user requirements to determine licensing obligations.
•Map export licenses and license exceptions to transactions within ERP systems and support internal audits.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP GTS, maintaining policies/procedures and troubleshooting compliance blocks and transactional accuracy.
•Collaborate on real-time dashboards and reporting for order status, license utilization, and compliance KPIs; support automation and IT-led trade compliance system projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, International Business, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in trade compliance focused on U.S. export controls.
•Hands-on experience with SAP GTS export compliance modules.
•Strong understanding of export licenses, license exceptions, and ERP-based compliance execution.
•Experience working cross-functionally with IT and analytics/data teams.
