Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately and timely record cash receipts and ensure correct allocation to customer accounts.
  • •Prepare and issue invoices in a timely, accurate manner and input invoice data into the accounting system (including interfaces).
  • •Monitor interface data uploads for errors and investigate variances by reconciling source data to output data.
  • •Interact with customers to resolve queries and follow up outstanding accounts and leases on disputed invoices.
  • •Prepare debtor aging analysis, reconcile daily banking, and run fortnightly management meetings on collections performance (+30/+60/+90).

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing roles.
  • •Experience with high volumes receipting.
  • •Considerable data entry experience and strong computer skills, including Excel.
  • •Experience with 1-Stop and Oracle Fusion (preferred/advantageous).
  • •Accounting Certificate preferred.
