Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure engineering standards and practices with a strategy to improve departmental competitiveness aligned with group and GBU SIX goals
  • •Deploy engineering performance and cultural transformation (“faire autrement”) in coordination with other Engineering Managers
  • •Develop close collaboration with the business to align strategies and support integrated project teams
  • •Lead technical and technological advancement by driving technology roadmaps and building team expertise
  • •Define workforce strategy in line with HTE strategy (Make, Team, buy), ensuring charge/resource fit and alignment with group plans

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering solution experience and HW development
