Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Supervisor by coordinating daily department responsibilities and ensuring instructions are communicated and carried out.
  • •Monitor production during the processing phase and maintain a safe work environment in line with Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Provide training for all new and existing team members.
  • •Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and notify the supervisor of needed maintenance.
  • •Maintain a clean work area, complete required logs, and communicate with supervisor and co-workers via two-way radio.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 months industrial machine operator work experience in the last 24 months.
  • •Further educational degree or certificate in a related field.

  • •Ability to perform physical job requirements (standing long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs/ladders up to 60 feet).
