Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance on all refrigeration systems and related equipment at the facility, including boilers, air compressors, and hot water systems.
  • •Carry out preventive maintenance and complete all maintenance activities on the plant site.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair required systems across the facility.
  • •Support maintenance work in any area of the plant, including processing or slaughter.
  • •Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, climbing, lifting (up to 70 pounds), and working in cold, damp, or hot/humid environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Prefer High School Graduate or equivalent; college or technical school is a plus.
  • •Experience within an industrial maintenance field or a technical related background.
  • •Ammonia and refrigeration experience or education preferred.
  • •Minimum 6 months of continuous maintenance work experience with a single employer within the last 12 months, or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last 3 years.
  • •Must be available to work C shift (overnight).
