Job Summary

Drive pre-sales and technical account support for OpenShift focused on AI workloads, helping customers remove technical and organizational barriers and adopt modern platform technologies. Lead architecture walkthroughs, presentations, custom demos, workshops, and POCs, and answer product questions for RFPs. Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, customer success, and consulting to test and demonstrate new features and guide AI/ML initiatives into production-ready environments.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as Subject Matter Expert for OpenShift and Application Services in account engagements with a focus on AI workloads.
•Scope and deliver deep dive presentations, custom demos, workshops, and POCs, and respond to product questions in RFPs.
•Provide presales technical expertise and support for designing and implementing complex solutions.
•Serve as technical liaison to relevant product business units and help engage product teams to understand and influence technical roadmaps and best practices.
•Guide customers through AI/ML integration on OpenShift, including compute, networking, and storage optimization, and support transitions into production environments.

Key Requirements

•Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent supporting enterprise accounts.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills for executives and engineers.
•Ability to translate customer business and technical issues into a clear Red Hat solution value proposition.
•Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products (or strong familiarity with related Red Hat offerings).
•Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and infrastructure for AI workloads, including IaaS/PaaS and containerization/orchestration/scaling.
