Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Subject Matter Expert for OpenShift and Application Services in account engagements with a focus on AI workloads.
  • •Scope and deliver deep dive presentations, custom demos, workshops, and POCs, and respond to product questions in RFPs.
  • •Provide presales technical expertise and support for designing and implementing complex solutions.
  • •Serve as technical liaison to relevant product business units and help engage product teams to understand and influence technical roadmaps and best practices.
  • •Guide customers through AI/ML integration on OpenShift, including compute, networking, and storage optimization, and support transitions into production environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent supporting enterprise accounts.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills for executives and engineers.
  • •Ability to translate customer business and technical issues into a clear Red Hat solution value proposition.
  • •Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services products (or strong familiarity with related Red Hat offerings).
  • •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and infrastructure for AI workloads, including IaaS/PaaS and containerization/orchestration/scaling.
