Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer payroll data, including data entry and assisting with payroll preparation.
  • •Create and execute the monthly payroll using SAP Globalview.
  • •Support international payroll administration across the GWO team when required.
  • •Assist with onboarding preparation for new employees and coordinate daily correspondence with payroll-related institutions (tax, social security, health insurance, pensions) as SAP key user.
  • •Answer payroll procedure questions via multiple channels in ServiceNow and recommend continuous process optimization based on analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of successful experience in European payroll.

  • •Additional language skills (Dutch, French, Italian, or Turkish) and payroll experience for France, Italy, UK, Netherlands, or Turkey are a plus.
