•Contribute to AI strategy definition, implementation, and success tracking.
•Lead the development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems, and processes aligned to strategic objectives.
•Conduct audits to streamline teams’ requirements and improve overall efficiency.
•Align business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
•5+ years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation.
•Comfortable using AI coding tools to build and iterate on internal tools quickly.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data-based decision-making.
•Proficiency in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
