Job Summary

Own product strategy and roadmap for developer-facing experiences across pull requests, code reviews, and source code management platforms. •Partner with customers, developers, and platform engineering teams to understand software delivery challenges and improve developer workflows.
•Own product strategy and roadmap for developer-facing experiences in pull requests, code reviews, and source code management platforms.
•Collaborate across software delivery products to surface actionable insights from CI/CD optimization, test optimization, code coverage, code security, deployment gates, and Bits AI.
•Build scalable integrations across GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and enterprise source code ecosystems.
•Measure product success using adoption, engagement, feedback, and business outcomes while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of product management experience building developer products, technical platforms, or software engineering tools.
•Understand modern software development workflows including code review, testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, APIs, webhooks, and source code management platforms.
•Use customer research, product analytics, and business data to make informed decisions and prioritize tradeoffs.
•Communicate effectively across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive alignment and execution.
•Experience with developer tools, CI/CD platforms, testing products, AI coding assistants, enterprise developer workflows, or prior software engineering experience is a plus.
