Partner with software teams to set SLOs/SLIs, manage incidents, improve monitoring and release quality, and guide DevOps maturity, reliability culture, and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing to improve system performance and health.
•Automate deployment, monitoring, and system management to ensure well-managed, cost-effective environments.
•Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
•Design and build reliable, scalable systems by defining SLIs/SLOs and implementing reliability patterns.
•Partner with software teams and Agile teams to advance DevOps maturity, provide technical guidance, and validate release planning and sizing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years designing, building, and maintaining business applications in moderate-to-high complexity cloud environments.
•Experience setting up SLAs/SLOs/SLIs and establishing monitoring for critical services.
•Hands-on experience in cloud migration journeys.
•Deep understanding of systems development life cycle, cloud-based systems, and application architecture.
•Advanced Agile methodology experience (SAFe/Scrum) with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and strong reliability engineering practices.
