Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct daily maintenance personnel (Rubicon and contractors) to maintain plant assets within the assigned zone.
  • •Work with OMC on maintenance deviations/directives and prioritize reported rebuilds.
  • •Provide input for work order notification and prioritization to meet safety, reliability, and production requirements.
  • •Track and manage backlog, including work orders, schedule attainment, critical work orders, and PMs due; perform first-pass root cause analysis for unusual incidents.
  • •Collaborate with Reliability and OMC on problem equipment decisions, including specifying replacement/improvement equipment, supporting repair decisions, completing mechanical MOCs, and executing compliance/continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Rubicon in the United States.
  • •Effective leadership skills to direct and supervise personnel.
  • •Knowledge of environmental and OSHA standards, including chemical hazards and safe handling procedures.
