Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead programs spanning one or more functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for a product subsystem/component.
  • •Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professional reports and supporting realization of operational and strategic plans.
  • •Coordinate deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies and process automation developed within the company’s worldwide engineering team.
  • •Develop program schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans with both internal and contract manufacturing teams, and adjust plans to meet product requirements.
  • •Track program progress and risks, manage bug tracking resolution, and communicate escalations and issue analysis to product stakeholders and executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably engineering development/implementation or project planning, people management, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines tied to the program.
  • •Ability to develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and logistics in collaboration with internal and contract manufacturing teams.
  • •Experience with agile project planning and tools such as JIRA and Kanban, plus familiarity with Scrum/sprint planning.
