Optical Fabrication Technicians: CWW Front End Nights (6:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday) 15 % Differential

Fabricate high-precision optical components for semiconductor photolithography tools on the Front End Nights shift. Operate and monitor optical processing equipment, handle delicate optics, and inspect components for defects using metrology tools. Maintain 5S standards, escalate safety and quality concerns, and collaborate with Production Engineering and Manufacturing Management to improve safety, quality, output, and cycle time. Assist with training new and existing employees and execute scheduled production work.
