Key Responsibilities

  • •Define long-term architecture for NELD, ingestion, and related platform services.
  • •Lead large cross-organization programs spanning engineering, product, and compliance teams.
  • •Architect high-scale ingestion systems and enterprise-grade compliance and audit systems focused on correctness and reliability.
  • •Set SLOs and drive platform-wide initiatives for resilience, data quality, and observability.
  • •Coach and mentor Staff and Senior engineers, run design reviews/technical councils, and act as a senior technical advisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming experience in Java.
  • •Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP) and SQL.
  • •Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot and ORM frameworks.
  • •Good understanding of database internals and schema design across RDBMS and NoSQL.
  • •Experience designing and developing low-latency APIs for large-scale data systems in a client-server, cloud-hosted environment.
