Job Summary

Drive end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives across Allianz Benelux’s Innovation & Automation portfolio within the CIO organization. Lead and flex across delivery roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and delivery coordinator, while managing external delivery partners (nearshore/offshore). Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, monitor delivery performance and risks, and continuously improve ways of working to deliver value-driven outcomes.

•Drive the delivery of automation initiatives across the Innovation & Automation portfolio.
•Act flexibly in multiple roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, delivery coordinator) to ensure successful execution.
•Manage and steer external delivery teams (nearshore/offshore partners) delivering automation solutions.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
•Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement of delivery models and ways of working.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in delivery management, Agile roles, or consultancy, ideally in automation or IT delivery environments.
•Proven experience working with external or vendor-based development teams.
•Strong experience in Agile environments with the ability to take on multiple roles (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master).
•Hands-on, pragmatic mindset focused on execution and results.
•Fluent in at least two of English, Dutch, and French; able to work across Rotterdam and Brussels environments.
