Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate day-to-day PMC activities across solar construction clusters and project work fronts, including deployment priorities and resource allocation.
  • •Monitor EPC contractor performance against schedules, quality, safety requirements, and contractual obligations, supporting milestones and COD targets.
  • •Review schedule progress, identify risks/constraints/interface challenges, and drive closure of high-priority punch points with escalation reports when needed.
  • •Coordinate interactions across EPC contractors, OEMs, client representatives, commissioning teams, and PMC disciplines, ensuring effective package status communication.
  • •Support commissioning planning, testing, performance verification, and HOTO readiness by monitoring energization and handover milestones and resolving technical/quality constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, power generation, or major infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, project delivery, or PMC roles on large EPC projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multidiscipline site teams during construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Experience working directly with EPC contractors, OEMs, and client organizations.
