Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide structural/sheet metal support for new helicopter completions and deliveries, STC development, aircraft training fleet, and demonstrations.
  • •Perform and lead troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctions and determine corrective actions to assure safety and airworthiness.
  • •Guide aircraft technicians, set performance expectations, and control/assign personnel and monitor workflow to schedules.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and company procedures including FAA repair station and ISO/OSHA requirements.
  • •Coordinate with engineering to confirm drawings and work instructions are accurate for aircraft configurations and coordinate changes with work prep for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum eight (8) years of rotary aircraft experience, with two (2) of the eight (8) as a senior technician or equivalent.
  • •Helicopter maintenance experience and Airbus Helicopter airframe experience, plus completion experience.
  • •Clear understanding of Part 21 and Part 145 processes.
  • •Ability to perform and lead troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctioning systems and determine corrective action.
  • •Proficient in English communication and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with SAP and MES systems.
