Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of the IAM identity and access risk framework, including governance and administration, privileged access, and entitlement management.
  • •Perform IAM-related risk assessments and data analysis to identify trends and reduce residual risk for the Bank Tech business.
  • •Drive cross-functional projects and manage multiple workstreams to meet scope, timelines, and regulatory standards.
  • •Serve as a liaison across technology, cyber, ESM, vendors, and business partners to translate enterprise requirements and report IAM risk posture.
  • •Prepare executive presentations and briefing materials on the risk environment, metrics, and remediation status, and improve processes through automation for efficiency and audit readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, Consulting, Audit, or Risk Management.
  • •At least 1 year of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • •Preferred: 4+ years in Cybersecurity, Technology, Consulting, Audit, or Risk Management.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • •Preferred: relevant certifications including CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CIAM/CIMP, and/or AI governance (e.g., AIGP).
