Job Summary

Provide courteous, professional service in the Lebanese restaurant outlet, supervising Waiter/Waitress & Host/Hostess, upsell and guide guests, ensure adherence to Kempinski standards, and maintain flawless service while coordinating with the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager. You will lead by example, manage service flow, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Report to Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager and supervise Waiter/Waitress & Host/Hostess.
•Provide courteous, professional and efficient service; ensure duties are performed per outlet requirements and hotel standards.
•Be knowledgeable about all hotel services and products, including food & beverage items, and upsell where appropriate.
•Operate the POS system as trained, adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
•Lead by example to ensure flawless service, attend staff meetings and trainings, and communicate effectively within the team.

Key Requirements

•Hospitality/food service experience or willingness to learn in a fine dining environment.
•Ability to provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.
•Knowledge of food and beverage items and upselling techniques.
•Strong personal presentation, grooming, and communication skills.
•Ability to work as part of a team and follow hotel policies and safety procedures.
