Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe-to-drive condition
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • •Requires grasping/carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs and frequent driving with good visual acuity
