Key Responsibilities

  • •Design technical solutions and integrations for complex, cross-functional enterprise systems, leveraging the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
  • •Lead Salesforce solution architecture, including designing and developing software solutions using standard tools and in-house frameworks.
  • •Deliver project engagements end-to-end (build, test, and solutions deployment) and manage the secure, scalable solutions delivery lifecycle.
  • •Perform requirements analysis, technical solution design, and data migration and integration, including highest-level alternative analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the role or related information technology occupation.
  • •Experience with industry-leading CRM solutions, including Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and creating UML diagrams using Visio.
  • •Ability to use BPMN within Visio to model and optimize business processes.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow change governance, including system integration design diagrams and automated CI/CD pipelines using ADO.
