Lead HSEE strategy for adidas’ own operations, driving end-to-end decarbonization planning and execution to meet 2030 sustainability and health & safety targets. Key Responsibilities

•Lead HSEE strategic initiatives with planning, governance, and long-term value creation.
•Support the decarbonization strategy via roadmaps, project portfolios, performance assessments, and full financial evaluation (ROI, cost–benefit, savings optimization).
•Lead development and implementation of HSEE standards, trainings, and strategic frameworks with internal and external partners.
•Develop and manage global HSEE standards and KPI framework to enable accurate, transparent reporting for business decisions.
•Facilitate cross-functional engagement to identify synergies and drive action plans, and support implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering or Finance with certified HSEE knowledge (mandatory).
•Minimum 8 years of professional HSEE experience in a global organization.
•Proven leadership experience managing and developing large, diverse teams.
•Expertise in green building standards, construction, facility management, and IMS, with internal auditor certification in ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 (mandatory).
•Advanced knowledge of environmental and H&S reporting frameworks, including the GHG Protocol and CSRD/ESRS (mandatory).
