Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of closing and administering a portfolio of moderately to highly complex lead agent and member syndicated transactions.
  • •Negotiate loan agreements and communicate with investors, business partners, and counsel to support transaction execution.
  • •Perform qualitative reviews of syndicated loan agreements and related documents for compliance with policies, regulations, and risk controls.
  • •As Administrative Agent, manage investor communication using standard processes (e.g., SyndTrak).
