Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC international entities across multiple countries as the organization expands.
  • •Support expansion of payroll operations into new countries (including Singapore and New Zealand) and related rollout activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws across all jurisdictions.
  • •Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and resolve employee inquiries about international payroll matters.
  • •Partner with Equity and Corporate Accounting to handle stock options and month-end payroll accounting; process payroll and support integrations, automation, and reporting/analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • •10+ years in payroll operations, including at least 5 years in international payroll.
  • •Proficiency in payroll processing across compensation types (regular, off-cycle, severance, taxable benefits, and equity).
  • •Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, compliance, payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures.
  • •Experience with Workday HRIS and global payroll providers such as PwC GPP platform (preferred).
